Preferred room and flatmate description
Hej!
We are a group of 6 people (3 guys and 3 girls) sharing a villa in the area of Duvbo in Sundbyberg. I will be away for some months (October, November, December and possibly January), and would like to rent my room to someone else during this period.
The house is great, it has a pool, big garden, sauna, a lot of storage space. The best is you see it and judge by yourself though... The room is also excellent, really big with a small private office and a private balcony. It's the biggest and bestest room in the house :)
We are aged between 24 and 28, and are all nice, polite, respectful and fun... We are all researchers (medicine, computer science, economics and pedagogic) and so there are always really cool and interesting debates.
There is a T-bana station 10 minutes walk, night buses from t-central (for coming from clubs :)) and other buses form the area such as the 504, 119 or 506 buses, just around the corner.
