Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi,

Our names are Sebastian and Joao Junior ...I am from Argentina and Joao is from Brazil. We've been living here for more than 2 years.

I study swedish as a second languague (SAS) and work as an online tutor (spanish) and Joao works as a language teacher( Portuguese, English and French), too. We have a little language and translation company online called ANNEX IDIOMAS . If you like you can google it !

We are two easygoing guys with a good sense of humor. We are keen on good music, theatre, reading etc.

Joao is in Brasil at the moment visiting his relatives and talking to potential clients for our small business, but he`s coming back in November .

We're looking for a flat , house or an independent room in a house or appartment because we need to move out of our current place..Obs: it would be better if it were a private bathroom and entrance!

Our basic monthly income is 18000 kr ( CSN plus our business)

As it was said before, we`re nice and adaptable people and very respectful when it comes to talk about sharing and space limiting . In other words, we know how to respect our future flatmate` space !
