Preferred room and flatmate description

We sharing a beautiful villa in Nacka, and we have a very nice room for rent. So there is 5 roomates right now, Théo (20 years old) a french student in political sciences, Victor (36) a Spanish guy who work in an hotel, Luca (30) an Italian who study science at the university, Ina (27 who work in an office) and Jean Charles a French guy aswell who study at the university. There is a dog, nelly really nice. The area is great, you're close to a nice lake and the sea, it's a great residential district. There is a big shopping center with everything two bus stop after our place or 10 minutes by walk. You have night bus all the night duringand it takes about 13 mn from Slussen. The room is 5500 sek/month + deposit 5000 (the one with the desk and the printer). They are both to rent until the 31 of next july. What can I say, we have a couple of "rules" to live all together but that's only comon sens (no noise after 23:00, not to bang the doors, cleaning calendar etc...). We mainly talk in english in the house.
