Preferred room and flatmate description

Hello, we are a married couple (20 and 23 years old) who live sin an apartment. We would now wanna rent out one room. The room have its own entrance and toilet. You would share the kitchen and shower with us. It is in Solna (10min with train from the city), 12min with bus to Universitetet, 5min with bus to the metro.

We are a very easy/going couple who just moved from Peru back to Sweden. We are both working while my husband tries to learn swedish. Dont worry, we r no bitchy people just enjoying our lives together :)

We are looking for any kind of girl/woman. Age, interests, personality doesnt matter. We only have some few demands:

- no mess left in the kitchen - NO SMOKING!!!!!!! - no pets

ofc its a plus if you are nice and not bitchy ;)

SOMETHING EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!!! the furnitures on the pictures are mine and will no longer be in the room. You will have a doublebed, table, chari, wardrobe and tvbench...but it will not be as many colours (with carpet, curtains, paintings etc) in the room anymore. That is ofc something you can make yourself to make it more personal :)
