Hi!
We are 4 people living together in a house in Nacka and as we have a room free we are now looking for a nice person to live with us. The room is fully furnished and will be rented out for July to a nice, funny, calm, tidy, non-smoking person with a steady income.
We share the big open kitchen & living room, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities, sauna, 2 nice terraces and garden. We are located next to extensive green areas with forests and lakes, but still only 12 minutes from Slussen. The nearest busstop is only 4 minutes from the house and there are plenty of buses, about every 5 minutes.
We are all between 27-36 years old, from Sweden/France/Spain/Italy. There are also 1 very nice dog living with us in the house.
