Flatmate to wonderful flat in Bagarmossen

Preferred room and flatmate description
I have a spacious 3 room aparment in Bagarmossen (south of Södermalm) that I wish to share. Preferably with someone who speaks English, Spanish, French, Arabic or Swedish.
1 minute to Bagarmossen Centrum and subway. 17 min on subway to T-Centralen. Wonderful green areas with plenty of lakes nearby. 15 min on bike to Söder. 20-25 minutes on bike to central Stockholm.
No pets, only bikes. :)
You should be house trained. No messy bessies!
Good sence of humor required, relaxed attitude too.
I spend a lot of time travelling so you will quite often have the apartment all by your self. I am a happy, active, quiet, easy going person. I hope... Ha ha.
Rent: 4300 sek/month or 2000 sek/week including furniture, internet and electricity
From June-September I could also consider sharing with 2 people since I will be out of town most of the time. Rent would then be higher.
