Södermalm Room to Rent I'm a 25 year old girl from Sweden. Mainly, I’m a student, but I also work extra as a “dog nanny”, and sometimes as a model. I'm calm, tidy and quiet most of the time. But once in a while I like to go out and party. I speak swedish, english and spanish. Though I'm unfortunally starting to forget the spanish. But hopefully I'll get the opportunity to practise it more in the future. The room is available from the end of January. I have a 3 room apartment (87 squaremetres) in a nice and quiet quarter at Södermalm, Stockholm. Every each one of the rooms is big and comfortable. Big balcony (access from the kitchen), broadband (wireless and cable), cabletv, dishwasher, microwave, washer, thumbledryer - the apartment is well equiped. There is a garage to the property, but I don't know what it cost or if there is any queue to get a parking-space. The location is very great and there is lots of public communications alternatives closeby. The second bedroom, which is the one you stay in is furnished with a 105 bed, in the picture you see a futon. but now it's replaced with a real bed. wardrobes (lots of space), a chest of drawers, a full-size mirror and a big desk where you can study, work or just keep your computor. For me, the main thing is that we get along well, especially since I'm spending quite alot of time at home. Living together can be difficult but I want us both to feel comfortable with each other. I assume we rather enjoy having the other around than experience the other as troublesome. I like to keep stuff in order and therefore I assume you're not a messy person. I don’t fancy clean up after both of us on constant basis… Hey, I'd love to have company during dinner or while I watch TV! I also have pets, two dogs and three cats. Many, but all very lovely and well behaved. And they are not noisy night time or early mornings. No one have had a problem with them. You can keep them out of your room if you want to. I don’t mind. But I assume that you like them and are nice to them. And all of them are very nice and social, and have charmed every person that have met them this far. :) If I need to go away it would be great if you could help me with the cats. The dogs are easier to bring. Though, I rarely go away but it’s as good to mention it right away in case the situation will occur. I have a cleaning lady coming over once a week, there is no extra fee for that, though it doesn't mean it's free to make a mess after oneself. I want the whole apartment to be nice and clean, though I'm not Obsessed about it. The general rules requires silence after 10pm during weekdays. It is very important that even you respect this and "keep your volume low" night time. The rent is 4500 including all utility costs. Of course we pay equal! Deposit amounth is the same as one month rent, (4500 sek). Rent is payed latest 25th each month. Two months test period, if it works out great we can have a standing contract with one month notice, or a time scheduled for your whole stay. Whatever you prefer.
